Refund and Return Policy

At Urja Ebikes, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards in the handling and delivery of our e-bikes and related products. Before making a purchase, please carefully review our refund and return policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience.


Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 business days from the delivery date.

  • Only unopened and sealed products are eligible for return.

  • This policy applies exclusively to e-bikes and related accessories.

  • Items must be in their original, unopened condition to qualify for a refund.


Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels, except in cases where the item received is incorrect or damaged due to our error.

  • If your item qualifies for a free return (wrong or damaged item), please contact us for instructions on how to proceed.


Peptide and Battery Products

  • Peptide and Battery products are sensitive to temperature and light, and thus cannot be returned under any circumstances.

  • If you’re purchasing for the first time, we recommend starting with a small order to assess suitability.


Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at info@urjaebikes.com within 7 business days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for return.

  3. A return tracking number is required for all returns.

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.


Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refundable amount for all returned items.

  • This fee helps cover the cost of packaging, quality checks, and administrative handling.


Non-Eligible Returns

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Improper usage or handling of e-bike products.

  • Damaged products resulting from improper storage conditions.

  • Opened or tampered packaging.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@urjaebikes.com. Provide photos and details of the issue, and we will prioritize resolving it with a replacement or an alternative solution.


International Shipments – Seized Orders

We understand that international shipments can sometimes be delayed or seized by customs. If this happens, we offer a discount on your next purchase as a gesture of support. Please contact our customer support team with documentation of the seizure.
